Directions:
For adults 5g (one heaped teaspoon) once or twice a day mixed with water or juice. Drink additional water (minimum 400ml). It is possible to reduce dosage down to once a day after two weeks.
For children above 12 years take 2g once or twice a day mixed into water or juice. Drink additional water (minimum 200ml).
