Each tablet contains 316mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones), 35mg hibiscus extract and 23mg magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicon dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.
