    As a food supplement, take one sachet per day. For best results, open the sachet, squeeze content into your favourite cool beverage and drink 15 minutes before eating. Can be used during meals. Taking on an empty/rested stomach will help faster absorption. Gel will not dissolve. Do not blend or use in food processor.

    Refrigeration will extend shelf life which is 18 months from manufacture. Refrigeration will also make it more palatable. It is a natural end formula produced through fermentation process.
