Lecithin contains choline which is an important nutrient for brain function. High strength - a rich source of 63% phospholipid and includes high levels of phospholipid choline – 504mg (choline appx 72mg). Designed to be taken with Holford B vitamin formulation Connect and Omega-3 HIGH STRENGTH.
