Apply 5ml (4 pumps) around the body onto clean unbroken skin, concentrating on joints, muscles and areas of concern, and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Avoiding delicate areas.
It is best applied directly after a shower or bath as the pores are open aiding absorption into the skin. Reapply whenever needed.
5ml (Approximately 4 pumps) provides 130mg elemental Magnesium, 650mg OptiMSM and 1.5mg Melatonin.
Recommended for daily use.
