From 5-10 years: four heaped teaspoons (20g).
From 10 years old/adults: six heaped teaspoons (30g) daily.

Blend with half a pint of milk, soya, oat or nut drink, a handful of berries such as strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, or half a banana. Drink immediately.
