Each pump provides a 1.25ml dose. We recommend taking 4-8 pumps per day, with the following steps:

If you drink filtered water - Add 2-3 pumps of Oshun per litre of water.

If you drink mineral or tap water - Add 1-2 pumps of Oshun per litre of water.
