Contains omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA commonly found in oily fish such as mackerel as well as GLA sourced from borage seed oil. Also includes vitamin E which helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Helps manage triglyceride levels, brain and function and normal vision.
