Place 11g (one scoop, supplied in pouch) to a glass. Add 200–250ml water, whisk with a fork and leave to stand for a minute, whisk again and drink.
For best results take one hour before bedtime on an empty stomach, may also be enjoyed at any time of the day on an empty stomach.
