External use only. Apply to skin and hair.Twice a day if using it as a moisturiser. Once after a shower and dried off in the morning and once in the evening before bed. Gently massage the desired area until absorbed.Up to three times a day on problem areas. One pump should cover an area the size of the back of both hands. Should last between 3-6 weeks if used regularly.
Additional Instructions: Kept at room temperature in a dark place it has a 3/4 year shelf life if unopened plus another 2 years if kept in a fridge (not the coldest part). Once opened it has a 6 month shelf life and longer if kept in the fridge.
