Put 300mls of water into a protein shaker or blender and add one scoop and blend until smooth, pour or drink from blender. Glucomannan fibre is designed to swell in the tummy so drink quickly so that it doesn't have time for the fibre to start to swell. Mix with water/milk/dairy substitute or alternatively blend into a smoothie.
