Take one to two 8g servings per day.
To have:
HOT - mix a heaped teaspoon with a cup of heated milk to make a traditional golden mylk.
COLD - mix a heaped teaspoon with cold milk or add to smoothies, juices and protein shakes.
STIR INTO EVERYTHING - try stirred into porridge, yogurt, curries or any dish of your choice!
