1 - Thirty to ninety minutes before bed, apply one patch to clean, dry skin. Choose a relatively hair-free spot like your hip, upper arm or the top of your foot. They’re waterproof, so can be applied before you bathe.

 2 - Press, breathe, pause (gently press, then inhale the soft lavender scent). Rub gently to activate, then take a moment to breathe in the soft lavender scent that signals your body it's time to transition from day to night.   

3 - Wake, steady (remove in the morning, change placement nightly)

No groggy mornings or habit-forming ingredients. Simply peel off and dispose when you get up. Change the patch location each night to keep your skin happy.
