    Take up to one level 5ml teaspoon daily, (suggested intake 800mg - 2.4g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. 1 level teaspoon = approx 2.4g. Because the formulation includes dual extracts and alcohol-extracted botanicals, it is partially water-soluble.
