Ingredients: Gluten free oat flour, magnesium citrate, lemon balm extract, chamomile extract, natural vitamin K2 as MK-7 (carriers: vegetable cellulose, MCT oil), saffron flower extract, Vitamin D3 from algae (carriers: corn syrup solids, arabic gum, sodium ascorbate, silicon dioxide).

Usage suggestions using one teaspoon:
Mix into your child's dinner - mashed potato or mashed banana work great (fussy eaters wont even notice!)
Add into an evening smoothie with banana and oats.
Stir well into a night time glass of warm milk or cocoa.
Children over the age of seven can increase the dose to 1.5 teaspoons (approximately 4g).
