Ultra-Zyme is a high potency formula. Enzymes, including pancreatin, ox bile and papain are encapsulated to be released in the intestine. Cellulase, hemicellulase and lactase are specially encapsulated to provide release of 50% of these enzymes in the stomach and 50% in the gut.
