NaturesPlus Ultra Lutein contains the active ingredients lutein and zeaxanthin, combined to form an effective supplement. The cofactor in Ultra Lutein, zeaxanthin, also a marigold derivative, synergistically enhances lutein's natural antioxidant strength.
