Directions:

Adults: Take 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) two to four times a day. Take up to 40ml daily.
Children over 2 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoonful) every two to three hours as required. Take up to 20ml daily.
Shake well before use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

To retain the integrity of this product please store below 30°C. The honey in this bottle may naturally crystallize. Warm slightly to liquify
