For oral use only.
Adults (over 18 years): 0.75ml to 1ml in a small amount of water, three times a day.
To aid sleep:
1ml to 2ml in a small amount of water, half an hour before retiring to bed.
The maximum daily dose is 5ml.
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
