Adults: take one capsule twice a day with food. Increase to two capsules twice a day if required.
Tranquil is best taken after food or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or bloated, windy states.
Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Tranquil can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including the Organic Fermented Herb formulas.
