Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B3 also contributes to normal skin and mucous membranes and it contributes to normal psychological function and normal function of the nervous system. This is a non-flushing niacin.
