    For intensive treatment: The recommended period of use is up to two weeks at a time. Rinse mouth with 10ml of Lingora® Natural Oral Rinse twice a day for a duration of 30 seconds. Do not rinse your mouth after use. For continuous use: Rinse mouth with 10ml of Lingora® Natural Oral Rinse once a day for a duration of 30 seconds. Do not rinse your mouth after use. Using this product according to instructions does not increase the risk of dental erosion nor stain teeth. Harmless if swallowed.
