    Ages 3+: Start with three capsules daily with or without a meal for one week, then increase to six capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated. Children under 3 years of age, please consult with your healthcare practitioner. The capsules can be opened into cold water or liquid of your choice. Drink Plenty of water. **Can be used individually or as part of the Total Gut Restoration protocol.**
