Nourkrin® Man: Two tablets daily for a minimum of six months or until satisfied with results (one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening taken with water after food)

Shampoo: Apply Nourkrin® shampoo to wet hair and gently massage thoroughly into the hair and scalp. Leave for two to three minutes. Rinse well.

Conditioner: After using Nourkrin® shampoo, massage Nourkrin® conditioner for hair growth into clean wet hair. Apply to mid-lengths and ends. Rinse thoroughly.

For best results, use the complete Nourkrin® range of supplements, serum, shampoo and conditioner.
