*Niacin - Due to the increase in bioavailability, a niacin flush can occur at much lower doses than would be traditionally expected. Flushing is very unlikely to occur at the recommended dose; however if you do experience blushing of the skin and a sensation of heat it indicates a temporary saturation of niacin. This is a temporary, harmless effect and will dissipate in 10-15 minutes. People generally develop a tolerance to niacin; even if you experience niacin flush when you first start taking it, that will probably stop in time.
