Shake gently before use. Take 5 to 10ml per day 80 - 160mg (1 to 2 teaspoons). Can be taken straight from the spoon however it tastes great when added to water or mixed with a cold drink, smoothie, juice etc (approximately 150ml).
10ml = 2 x teaspoons.
Children: Age 6-12 – take 80mg - 5ml (1 x teaspoon), Age 2-5 take 40mg - 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
