Directions:
Shake before use. Take 5 to 10ml (one to two teaspoons) daily, equivalent to 250–500mg glutathione. You can take directly off the spoon, or dilute to taste with water, a cold drink, juice, or smoothie.
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Additional Instructions:
Once opened, refrigerate but do not freeze, use within 90 days. Replace cap after use.
