    Two capsules per day as a prophylactic dose. If feeling unwell, a short term increased dose can safely be applied: Eight capsules for three days, then six capsules for a further three days, then stay on four capsules until feeling better. Then resume to the normal two capsules. Please contact the Wild Nutrition team for a child's dose (for over 3 years old).
