Take one capsule daily with a glass of water to maintain the female hormone system throughout the stages of menopause. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your menopause symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
