ORAL USE: Dissolve the contents of the packet under the tongue.
Do not eat or drink anything within five minutes of taking the product for better absorption.
DOSAGE: The standard dose is one packet (3g) per day throughout the year.
You can take up to three packets (9g) a day following specific recommendations.
