Place a foot patch horizontally across the sole of each foot. Patches should be left on for between 5 and 12 hours normally during sleep time. A new one should be applied the next time you go to bed.
There are three zones the patch can be applied to: the heel, the arch or the ball of the foot. Using a reflexology chart, determine which areas of the body you would like to target.
