Bloating Relief capsules are intended to be taken orally. The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years and older is one capsule three times a day for two to four weeks.

Bloating Relief capsules should be taken with food or after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a large glass of water (200ml).

Duration of use:
Do not use Bloating Relief capsules for longer than 30 days during a single treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after four days.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
