Directions:
Shake before use. Take 2-4 tablespoons (30-60ml) per day of juice mixed with half a glass of water in the morning and evening 30 minutes before food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Can also be added to smoothies, fruit juices or taken on its own.

Once opened keep refrigerated
