    Take up to 2½ level 5ml teaspoon daily (suggested intake between 800mg - 4.8g per day), or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. 2½ level teaspoon = approx 4.8g. Fully water-soluble. Savoury tasting powder that works well as a drink.
