One to two tablespoons per day is a sensible, flavour-driven serving. It’s nutrient-dense, so a little goes a long way — unless you’re eating it with a spoon in the kitchen at midnight, in which case… you do you!
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
