1. Add 15g into a mug with 50ml of warm milk and whisk into a smooth paste. *(1x HOLY CACAO Scoop)
2. Sweeten to taste with a scoop of raw honey and let it melt into your cup. *(For added immunity)*
3. Top with 100-150ml of hot water or milk and whisk to combine.
4. Take a deep breath. A quiet pause. Sip slowly, and enjoy.
