    Take six capsules per day, with water or another drink of choice, (you can spread this out if you choose too). This can be before, with or after a meal at any point in the day that suits you best. If you are new to taking organ capsules, you can start with two capsules per day and gradually increase. Six capsules is 3g of freeze dried organs per serve, which is the equivalent of 30g of raw organs.
