The full dose is one tablespoon OR 3 x ARTAH scoops, mixed in 500ml water before breakfast. Start with half this dosage and gradually work your way up to the full dose. Best taken on an empty stomach. The full dose delivers 7g of fibre. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
