Take up to 1/3 level 5ml teaspoon daily, or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption. Not suitable for children under the age of 14.

The powder has a relatively mild flavour and is best added to smoothies or juices.
