    Ages 5+: First seven days, take two capsules at the same time per day after a meal or as directed by your pharmacist during the course of your antibiotic. The following seven days, take one capsule per day after a meal or as directed by your pharmacist for seven days. Capsules can be opened and contents sprinkled on soft foods, water, juice or other non-carbonated beverages for easy consumption.
