One sachet, one omega-3 capsule and one botanicals capsule to be taken daily. Sachet contents to be mixed with 250-300ml of water, stirred and enjoyed as a tasty health drink. Sachet to be taken in the morning before or with food. Capsules can be taken at any time of the day but again recommended before or with food.
