Take one Focus capsule and one Omega-3 capsule in the morning with food. For Omega-3 wait 30 minutes before consuming a hot drink. One Focus capsule and one Omega-3 capsule are recommended daily for adults aged 18 and over. Ages 15-17, take one Focus capsule and one Omega-3 capsule every second day.
