St. John’s Wort is a traditional herbal product used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety. Exclusively based upon long standing use as a traditional remedy. Each film-coated Ucalm® tablet contains 300mg of extract from St. John’s Wort ariel parts.

St John's Wort products should not be taken at the same time as many medications as it may decrease drug concentrations, resulting in a subsequent loss of drug effectiveness. Anyone on medication should check with the GP prior to using St John’s Wort. This includes oral contraceptives. St John's Wort should not be used with anti-depressant medications. Increased sensitivity to sunlight may occur in rare cases, especially in fair skinned people.
