Apply to wet hair. Gently massage into a lather. Rinse and repeat. Leave for 1 minute and rinse thoroughly. For best results, follow with Naturtint Colour Fixing Conditioner Try to avoid getting any shampoo in your eyes but if you do, rinse thoroughly with clean water
