    As a food supplement, dissolve one sachet into a small glass of cold water or juice either just before eating or just following a meal. If required, two sachets can be taken per day. This will provide the higher amount of Lab4 friendly bacteria. Suitable during pregnancy. Always take alongside food. Take daily for best results.
