    As a food supplement, take one capsule daily with food. Two capsules per day with food are advisable when travelling to less developed areas of the world. The product is best taken at the start of the outward journey and maintained throughout the trip. For children above two years of age, simply empty the contents of one capsule into milk, juice or yoghurt.
