Taking magnesium with food is gentler on your stomach and easier for your body to absorb. Ideally, spread your dose with meals throughout the day - but don't stress if life gets in the way. Suitable for ages 4 and up. Brilliant for pregnant women, too. Ages 4-9: one capsule per day (if your child can safely swallow capsules). Ages 9-14: up to two capsules per day. Ages 14+: up to three capsules per day.
