Take three capsules daily to be taken with or without food. Dose can increase to four capsules per day if required. May be used in pre-conception and in breastfeeding, but not recommended in pregnancy due to the boswellia content. May be used by children but please check with the Wild Nutrition technical team for dosing instructions.
