Shake the applicator, twist off the cap, it can then be inserted into the vagina according to personal ease and preference (sitting/standing/lying). Once inserted squeeze the end of the applicator several times to release product. When emptied, squeeze end of the applicator to withdraw it safely - DO NOT re-use, risk of contamination!

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
