For sufficiency in iodine, wherever there is a known deficiency, one capsule each morning (400mg or 0.014oz). The capsule may be emptied into any food or cold drink, simply by pulling apart.
Iodine Lite+ has been developed specifically for children, or to 'top up' daily iodine intake. For a higher intake use Iodine+ Capsules.
